Due to the nature of digital services, Foxous does not offer refunds once work has commenced or a service has been delivered, either partially or in full. This includes but is not limited to:

- Website design and development projects
- Consulting sessions and strategy calls
- Any custom digital solutions
2. Eligibility for Refunds (Before Work Begins)
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund only if:
- You request a cancellation before any work has started
- Payment was made in error and reported within 48 hours

3. No Refund in the Following Cases
We cannot issue refunds in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after the project has started
- Delays caused by lack of required input or communication from your side
- Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after final approval

4. Quality Assurance
We ensure transparency and strive to deliver all work according to agreed specifications. Clients are encouraged to review deliverables and communicate feedback during the revision process.
5. Project Abandonment
If the client becomes unresponsive for 14 days or more during an active project, the project may be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting Foxous for resolution is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to take legal action against fraudulent chargebacks.
